Due to predicted snow for today, Tuesday, Jan. 21, all Ridgefield schools are on an early dismissal schedule.
- Ridgefield High School will dismiss at 10:55 a.m. and only the first mid-term test will be given.
- East Ridge and Scotts Ridge Middle Schools will dismiss at 11:30 a.m.
- Branchville, Ridgebury and Scotland Schools will dismiss at 12:05 p.m. aren Barlow Mountain, Farmingville and Veterans Park dismiss at at 12:40 p. m.
Snow is predicted to begin late this morning or early in the afternoon, with up to six or 10 inches of accumulation by Wednesday morning.
Temperatures are expected to drop to single digits tonight, with wind chills below zero.
