It’s adult ed with a new kind of beat at the Ridgefield Playhouse when Emmy Award-winning songwriter/performer Kevin Briody teaches songwriting on Wednesdays for eight weeks, Jan. 22 to March 12, 7:30 to 9 p.m. in the Ridgefield Playhouse rehearsal studio.
The syllabus includes how to structure ideas, develop melody, lyrics and instrumentation, and record a song.
