New sessions of Pilates and Yoga-lates start soon in Ridgefield Continuing Education. The classes are taught by Frances Goulart, certified Pilates and yoga instructor.
Classes are available on Mondays (Jan. 27 through March 24, 6 to 7 p.m., $96), Tuesdays (Feb. 11 through April 8, 8:30 to 9:30 a.m., $96), Wednesdays (Jan. 22 through March 19, 6 to 7 p.m., $108), and Thursdays, 8:30 to 9:30 a.m., $84). Yoga-lates is available on Thursdays (Jan. 30 through March 20, 7:15 to 8:30 p.m., $96).
