Ridgefield Young Life and Wyldlife has announced two new staff members for Ridgefield. Taking over the high school Young Life leadership is Kristen McEacharn, a New Hampshire native and graduate of James Madison University. She worked for Young Life in Virginia Beach, Va., before moving to Ridgefield. She is taking over the leadership of Young Life from Eric Boulware, who led Young Life in Ridgefield for five years before resigning this summer to become a member of the Ridgefield police force. The new middle school leader for Ridgefield is Josh Leslie, a native of Sterling, Va., who recently moved here from Colorado. He will be working with middle and high school students in Ridgefield.
