Bailey’s Backyard Executive Chef Forrest Pasternack has been named one of the 2014’s Most Innovative Chefs, by Serendipity, a lifestyle publication focused on Fairfield and Westchester counties. He and 13 other area chefs will serve a tasting menu at Serendipity’s Greenwich 2014 Wine + Food Festival, during the Most Innovative Chefs Gala on Friday, Sept. 26. They will be joined by celebrity chefs Geoffrey Zakarian and Jean Georges, among others.
The three-day Food + Wine Festival takes place Thursday to Saturday, Sept. 25 to 27, in Greenwich’s Roger Sherman Baldwin Park. Ticket sales benefit Paul Newman’s The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp.
