A three-part workshop for new writers will take place at the Ridgefield Library on Thursday, Jan. 16, 23 and 30, from 1 to 2:30 p.m.
Phyllis Ross will introduce some of the writing practices that encourage, equip and support new writers. “We will write poetry and prose to explore how writing helps us discover our voices and what has meaning for each of us,” said Ms. Ross. “Just bring along a notebook and a pen, and a sense of adventure.”
The workshop is limited to people who have not previously taken a writing workshop. Register at ridgefieldlibrary.org or call 203-438-2282.
