Traffic on Route 7 has been a mess this morning after the white truck, shown off the road in the distance, hit and split a utility pole, dropping some wires.
The accident occurred around 10:30 and because the “compromised” pole was leaning toward the road, police are keeping traffic to one lane.
The driver was not injured. The truck could not be towed until CL&P removed wires from atop it.
