Several one-session home staging and organizing workshops start soon in Ridgefield Continuing Education.

How Could I Ever Part with That? meets Monday, April 4, noon to 2. Instructor Randi Hutton, owner of the RZ connection, an organizing business, will provide her 10 simple steps to dealing with and not being overwhelmed by stuff.

Preparing Your Home for the Market meets Wednesday, April 6, 7 to 9 p.m., led by Lonnie Shapiro, co-author of the Connecticut issue of How to Make Your Realtor Get You the Best Deal and a Ridgefield Realtor for more than 30 years with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. This seminar discusses what buyers see when they look at a house, the benefits of staging and includes guest speakers who cover additional ways to prepare for your eventual sale.

Home Staging meets Monday, April 11, 7 to 9 p.m. Instructor Jean Rowella, owner of The Gilded Nest in Branchville, who has more than 30 years’ experience in real estate marketing, home staging and redesign, says, “Whether you’re selling your home or just looking for some new ideas, come join us for a lively, informative, class where you will learn how home staging not only helps you realize a higher sales price, but can ultimately make your life much less stressful as you go through the home sale process.”

Advance registration required: ridgefieldschools.org or Peggy Bruno at 203-431-2812.
