Police have arrested Rodolfo Revello in the Bronx.

The hunt for Rodolfo Revello is over after an extensive 11-day search.

The U.S. Marshals Service in the Bronx arrested the 43-year-old suspect Wednesday, March 23.

He is currently being charged with a federal violation of probation and faces eight different charges from the Trumbull Police Department, including kidnaping, larceny, strangulation, and assault.

Revello stole his seven-year-old son, Ariel, from a Unity Road home following a violent domestic incident that took place around 4:30 a.m. Saturday, March 12.

Trumbull Police Lt. Leonard Scinto said that Revello took several thousands of dollars of cash and jewelry from his estranged wife’s room before waking Ariel and fleeing the residence in a 2015 White Ford transit cargo van.

An Amber Alert was activated that morning as Trumbull police and other local law enforcement searched for the missing child, who was found unharmed in Queens after 5 p.m. on March 12.

According to a press release from the Trumbull Police Department, there are arrangements being made to serve Revello an active arrest warrant that police obtained on Monday, March 14.

The warrant includes the following charges: kidnapping in the second degree, larceny in the second degree, criminal violation of a restraining order, strangulation in the second degree, assault in the second degree, threatening in the second degree, criminal mischief in the second, and disorderly conduct.

Revello’s bond has been set at $50,00.000.

Before the kidnapping 

According to reports, Revello was a cocaine supplier in Stamford.

Court documents revealed that he was arrested in 2011 for buying 50 grams of cocaine for $1,700.

He was sentenced to 60 months in prison in 2012 and was released on Sept. 16, 2014.

In addition, his criminal history includes convictions for assault, disorderly conduct, violation of conditions of release, and two DUIs.
