L&L Transmedia, in partnership with the Ridgefield Library, is continuing its Learn Through Film series this winter with a focus on key 2016 election topics. The mission is to build community by inviting discussion about legal, political and moral issues.
Three evenings in winter at the Ridgefield Library have been featuring award-winning films and moderators to facilitate conversation on their subjects afterward.
The final film in the series, an Academy Award-winning documentary that addresses lessons that can be learned from past U.S. military involvements, is on Wednesday, March 23, at 7 p.m. Moderating the discussion will be Richard Land and Fran Pennarola, attorneys of Chipman, Mazzucco, and WCSU political science professor Matthew Dabros.
For the film title and to register, visit ridgefieldlibrary.org or call 203-438-2282.
