Introduction to Photoshop Elements is a Ridgefield Continuing Education class for people with good computer skills. Learn to use the basic tools and techniques that will fix the most common problems with the average photo: color, contrast, brightness, sharpness correction, cropping, changing part of a picture, removing intrusive objects from scene, or moving things from one location to another. Import and organization of images, file formats, and resolutions are also discussed.
Instructor Michael Serao projects from a Windows laptop. You may bring your own laptop or use one of the computers. Photoshop Elements Intro meets on Jan. 21, 26 and 28 from 7 to 9 p.m. ($122). Additional sections and follow-up classes available in February. Classes meet at the Venus Building (old high school). Advance registration required at ridgefieldschools.org or Peggy Bruno at 203-431-2812.
