People of all ages are feeling stressed out and are turning to yoga as a way to build strength and find inner peace.
Ridgefield Parks & Recreation has noticed the growing popularity of yoga and is announcing an unlimited yoga, Spin and TRX add-on for just $25 a month. It’s available exclusively to All-Inclusive, Wellness, and Lap Swim members (excludes Recreation members). This means that you must have one of those levels of membership and then you can add the unlimited Yogs, Spin and TRX for another $25 a month.
The new policy went into effect starting on Dec. 1. There will be more yoga times and more instructors to give you more zen. If you have an All-Inclusive Family Membership, then $25 a month includes all family members in your household. Family members who are age 16 or older get Yogs, Spin and TRX. Family members who are ages 5 through 13 get Kids Yoga.
The Recreation Center also offers a free one-week fitness trial to new people. If you are already a member, you can try a free week of yoga, Spin and TRX. Now’s the time for you and your whole family to get fit and have fun. Information: 203-431-2755 or ridgefieldparksandrec.org.
