Fairfield County Bank has successfully completed its Fairfield Forward upgrade. The new system went live on April 13. The upgrade allows for enhanced services, including a new telephone banking menu with easier navigation, an instant card issuing service, enhanced online and mobile banking services, and increased security features.

In preparation for the upgrade, customers who use the bank’s online banking service were asked to pre-register online. Of the first 3,000 customers to complete their preregistration, five were randomly selected to win an Apple iPad Air 2. The winners were Lonnie Shapiro, Edward Jamroga, Jodie Ancona, Jonathan Mirra, and Stephen Sweeney.

A large component of the Fairfield Forward upgrade is centered on enhancements to Fairfield County Bank’s online and mobile banking systems.

Fairfield County Bank is a $1.5-billion community bank headquartered in Ridgefield, with offices throughout Fairfield County. Visit fairfieldcountybank.com to find out more about the bank.
