Ridgefield resident Kent Coleman will appear on the Connecticut Repertory Theatre stage in the Nutmeg Summer Series concert style production of Les Misérables, directed by renowned Broadway star Terrence Mann. Coleman is expected to complete a bachelor of fine arts degree in acting in 2017 from the University of Connecticut.

The following Ridgefield students were among the graduates at Eastern Connecticut State University’s 125th commencement: Daniel Flanagan graduated with a bachelor of arts degree in history; Kyle Kammer graduated cum laude with a bachelor of science degree in communication; James Mulvaney graduated with a bachelor of science degree in communication; Nicholas Santoro graduated with a bachelor of general studies degree in communication.

Christopher McCormick of Ridgefield performed in Susquehanna University’s spring theater production of The Threepenny Opera presented by the Department of Theatre April 16 to 19. The play was directed by associate professor of theater W. Douglas Powers-Black. McCormick is a music composition major in the Class of 2015, and played the part of Filch. A 2012 graduate of Wooster School, he is the son of Bob and Lisa McCormick.

Samantha Santoro of Ridgefield was among the more than 1,800 University of Dayton students receiving degrees during 2015 spring undergraduate commencement ceremonies Sunday, May 3.

Nicolas Moss of Ridgefield completed his first year of engineering at the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada, being named to the dean’s honor list for the 2014-15 year. He plans to major in civil engineering.

Gaylord, BS justice and law administration; Paige Noelle Glover, BS nursing; Ilena Sophia Kisciras, BBA management; Robert Knudsen, BA communication; Robin Diana MacFadden, BA professional writing; Alicia-Leigh Oliveri, BA professional writing; Nicholas J. Pambianchi, BS justice and law administration; Thomas Joseph Payne, BBA finance; Kimberley Rodriguez, BS justice and law administration; Olivia M. Romero, BA communication; Sean Rowe, BA history; Dana A. Schallis, BA biology; Ross Haskin Simpson, BBA finance; Alexandra Nichole Szentkuti, BA psychology; Laura Lynn Weaver, BBA management; Chelsea E. White, BA social sciences; Christopher Lee Willis, BA political science; Chloe S. Woellhof, BBA accounting; Elana J. Yaghsizian, BA psychology.

The fall semester dean’s list at Bryant University includes the following Ridgefield residents: Brett Baker, a junior in finance; Andrew Franco, a freshman in applied math and statistics; Christina Gramling, an undeclared freshman; and Daniel Standish, an undeclared freshman.
