The Ridgefield Republican Party will honor Tom Reynolds, founding partner of Reynolds & Rowella, and Maureen Kiernan, Ridgefield treasurer, for their exceptional service to the town and community.
The event will be held at the newly renovated Ridgefield Community Center on Thursday, May 14, from 6 to 9 p.m. Carol Platt Liebau, president of Yankee Group, will speak on issues most affecting Connecticut towns as they head into the municipal elections of fall 2015.
There will be an opportunity to meet several elected state officials, including state Sen. Toni Boucher and state Rep. John Frey, as well as Republicans who will be running for office.
