Dr. Betsy McCaughey comes to Ridgefield on Sunday, Oct. 5, to discuss national health care, the Veterans Administration and the upcoming election.
Ms. McCaughey is a former lieutenant governor of New York, a Fox News contributor and a national heath care expert who has written five books and over 300 articles on Obamacare, the Veterans Administration and other national topics.
Her latest book is Obamacare 2014: Avoid the Landmines and Protect Your Health, Income and Freedom.
Statewide Republican candidates will be attending, in addition to State Sen. Toni Boucher and Ridgefield State Rep. John Frey.
The event will be held at the home of Robert Eick, 269 West Lane, from 2 to 5. Wine, beer and appetizers will be served; donation is $50 per person and $75 per couple.
