His most recent positions include managing director for Rye Capital Services, senior vice president and founder of KTR Newmark’s Underwriting and Due Diligence Services Group (“UDDS”) and national director and founder for Cushman & Wakefield’s UDDS Group, which showcased his financial expertise and asset valuation.

Mr. Mauldin is a certified public accountant, a state-certified general real estate appraiser and holds the Series 7 Securities License. He has a bachelor of public administration degree from the University of Mississippi, a master of business administration degree in finance and accounting from the University of Houston, a master of science degree in real estate from New York University, and he studied at the Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture. In addition, Mr. Mauldin was an adjunct professor at the NYU Graduate School of Real Estate where he taught real estate capital markets and real estate finance.
