Trey O’Malley, Jack Coughlin and Keenan Briggs, sixth graders at Scotts Ridge Middle School, won the Pi Day Baking Contest with their home made multi-layer cake. Their cake featured Pi to as many digits as they could fit. Pi Day was celebrated by the sixth graders on Friday, March 14, or, written another way, “3.14.”
