Nataliya Baltsevych of Ridgefield was recently selected to participate in the 2014 Miss Teen New Haven pageant competition that will take place on Sunday, April 6.
Ms. Baltsevych will be competing for a share of thousands of dollars in prizes and gifts. She will be competing in the Miss Teen division, one of four divisions that will have young ladies ages of 7 to 19 who will compete in modeling casual wear and formal wear. Contestants will also be interviewed by a judging panel.
“Personality is the number one aspect that each contestant is judged on during all phases of competition,” organizers said.
The winner will represent New Haven and the surrounding area at the National Competition that will take place in Orlando, Fla.
