Connecticut Better Business Bureau has unveiled a new website that includes a powerful search function that allows users to easily find business information from anywhere on the site.
The revamped website was developed based on consumer and business feedback.
The web design remains faithful to BBB’s mandate to provide consumers with relevant and current data, including transcripts of consumers’ complaints and business’ responses.
These new innovations put even more power into the hands of visitors who want to check out a business’ marketplace record, complaint handling and patterns, or find a trustworthy BBB Accredited Business that has been screened, is monitored on an ongoing basis and upholds Better Business Bureau’s Standards for Trust.
“This new design reflects our devotion to keeping our services at the fingertips of businesses and consumers,” according to Connecticut Better Business Bureau president, Paulette Scarpetti.
Visitors to will see a visual design that captures landscapes of Connecticut, and features a simple menu system to search for businesses, get quotes on jobs, and find other relevant consumer information.
In addition, BBB.org is now optimized for smart phones, tablets and other mobile devices, devoting attention to technological changes in the way people search.
