The Basics of Organic Land Care is the topic of a new class this spring in Ridgefield Continuing Education. Certified organic land care professional Mary Ellen Pirozzoli presents a case for organic land care with practical information for the homeowner to implement.
Ms. Pirozzoli is principal of Verdesign LLC, a residential landscape design company, and teaches at the New York Botanical Garden. Class meets on Monday, March 24, from 7 to 9 p.m. at East Ridge Middle School. Cost is $31. Ridgefield seniors age 62 and older pay $24. Advance registration required.
