Anne Palmer Buttrick of Torrington, formerly of Ridgefield, died on Sunday, Feb. 16, at her home surrounded by her family.
She was born on March 5, 1930, in Rye, N.Y.
She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Allan “Bud” Buttrick; two sons, Allan “Scott” Buttrick III and his fiancée, Su Moran, and Todd Buttrick; a daughter, Leigh Leighton, and her husband, Bernie; and three grandchildren, Michael, Alyssa and Jenna.
There will be no calling hours. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Feb. 22, at St. John’s Church, 51 Church Street, Pine Meadow, in New Hartford at 11.
