Katharine Lindsay Keller, daughter of Kurt and Kay Keller of Ridgefield, was married to Edward Joseph Blackinton, son of Richard and Joanne Blackinton of Harwich, Mass., on Sept. 7.
The Rev. Vincent G. “Chip” Seadale officiated the ceremony at the Harbor View Hotel in Edgartown, Mass.
Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a Monique Lhuillier gown of ivory Alencon lace. She carried a spilling garden bouquet of white Patience garden roses, Dutch hydrangea, white dahlias, passion flower vine, cobalt blue delphinium, green millet, scabiosa pods, magnolia leaves and natural grasses finished with blue and white flowing ribbons
The bride was attended by Sara Vanderbeck-Fowler of Bethlehem, Penn. as matron of honor and Katlyn Reilly of Bradford, Mass. as bridesmaid. They wore Shoshanna blue and white dresses and carried bouquets of mixed white roses.
James Goodman of South Boston, Mass. was the best man. Groomsmen were David Blackinton of Edgartown, Mass., Andrew Panek of Germany and Michael Bruno of East Boston, Mass.
The bride graduated from Ridgefield High School in 2003 and from Lehigh University in 2007 with a bachelor of arts degree in journalism. She is an account manager at Kayak.com in Stamford.
The groom is a 2003 graduate of Xaverian Brothers High School in Westwood, Mass. and 2007 graduate of Massachusetts Maritime Academy with a bachelor of science degree in facilities and environmental engineering. He is a senior engineer at WB Engineers+Consultants in Manhattan.
After a reception at the Harbor View Hotel the couple honeymooned in Bora Bora. They live in Stamford.
