Louis A. Ridolfi, 88, Branchville native, World War II veteran

Services for Louis A. (Lou) Ridolfi, 88, of Thomasville, GA., took place at 10:00AM on Monday, January 20, 2014 at Thomasville church of Christ where he was a member. Garland Basford officiated.

Mr. Ridolfi died January 17, 2014 at Archbold Memorial Hospital surrounded by his family.

Born July 31, 1925 in Branchville, Conn., he was the son of the late Americo and Augusta Esposti Ridolfi. On October 31, 1946 in Maryland he married Margaret Louise Pullen Ridolfi who survives.

Mr. Ridolfi was a veteran in the United States Navy and was a retired carpenter for the Thomasville City Schools.

He was a faithful Christian for 47 years. He was a compassionate family man, had a heart for all people and for the word of God.

Mr. Ridolfi was an avid fisherman and loved to work.

Other survivors include daughter and son-in-law, Sandra and Howard Hennessey, son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Gail Ridolfi, daughter, Susan Wilson all of Thomasville, grandchildren, Kathleen and Jim Ingerson, James Hennessey, Chad and Jennifer Peterman, Mark Ridolfi, Ashley Ridolfi, Marie Bologna, Mike Wilson and great grandchildren, Dominick Bass, Noah Ingerson, Julia Ingerson and Reagan Ridolfi.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Louise Mecozzi and a brother, Gene Ridolfi.
