Samuel Luque, Jr., of Sarasota, FL, formerly of Ridgefield, died on Wednesday, Jan. 8, in Sarasota, Fla. He was 70 years old and the husband of Francine (Prado) Luque and the late Eileen (Sierra) Luque.
Mr. Luque was the father of Christian Luque, Danielle Luque and Lindsay Barton, brother of Deborah Rosenberg, Barbara Mora, Emily Rowley, the late Peggy Luque and the late Earl Luque and uncle to several.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, Jan. 17, at 10:15 a.m. in St. Mary Church, Ridgefield. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, Ridgefield.
The family will receive friends in the Kane Funeral Home, 25 Catoonah St., on Thursday, Jan. 16, from 5 to 8 p.m.
