The Affordable Health Care Act and Access Health CT, Connecticut’s new insurance marketplace, will be the topic of a presentation by the Universal Health Care Foundation of Connecticut tonight, Thursday, Jan. 9, at 7 p.m. at the Ridgefield Library.

In addition to this interactive talk, the library will be offering three opportunities to have assistors and navigators, certified by the state, available to give one-on-one guidance about health care coverage and enrollment.
