Nick Davis of Weichert, Realtors, Ridgefield, has been named the region’s Manager of the Year, Nick Germak, regional vice president, has announced.
“This award highlights Nick’s management style and fearless determination to see his office succeed,” Germak said. “His understanding of his sales associates’ needs and his commitment to provide them with the support and tools that will aid in their success makes him an asset to the region.”
Davis joined Weichert in 2012 as sales manager of the Ridgefield office. As the Ridgefield office manager, Davis has improved the office’s profitability while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office.
Davis is a 35-year resident of Redding, where he lives with his wife, Nancy.
