Rotary provides Meals with a special meal

Members of the Interact Club at Meals on Wheels.

The Rotary Club of Ridgefield, working with Meals on Wheels, made the Christmas eve delivery a special — the highlight of the menu was filet mignon.

Helping to deliver the meal were 11 Interact Club members from Ridgefield High School. Interact is a high school service organization sponsored by Rotary. One Rotarian brought his son and grandchildren.

As one Rotarian said, “…never too young to learn the  Service Above Self concept.”
