The Keeler Tavern Museum has decorated its front porch as a backdrop for family holiday photos.
The front porch of the Keeler Tavern Museum has been set up for family holiday photos, depicting a Colonial winter scene advertising T. Keeler’s inn for the holidays. There’s a sign listing lodging and fine fares, a painted teapot featuring a picture of the establishment, and a small table set with pewter ware, among other details. Museum board member and volunteer Connie Fenton, and her daughter Carrie Warner, created the display. Last year they won the Ridgefield Garden Club’s door decorating contest. No appointments are needed and visitors are asked to not disturb the decorations. More information, 203-438-5485.
