Festive Home runs through Dec. 23
Ridgefield Guild of Artists’ five-week annual fund-raiser and sale, Festive Home, offers many unique items for sale this holiday season. Now in its 11th year, this event continues through Wednesday, Dec. 23, open for shopping 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday through Sunday; closed Mondays.
All items are hand-selected and many are hand-made. Thirty artisans have created items for Festive Home and include hand-crafted stationery, felted bags, whimsical Santas, one-of-a-kind ceramic birds and bowls, crocheted and knitted scarves, mittens and slippers, and a large selection of jewelry at different price points.
Eight local designers have worked with member artists to create the vignettes that make-up the backdrop for the holiday showcase. All artwork in the barn is for sale. There are also matted works for sale, as a less expensive take-away art option.
Guild sponsors include Ridgefield Magazine, Nature’s Temptations, Ridgefield Liquor Shop, All Season Party Rentals, cdesignct.com, Little Spinners, HamletHub, JoyRide Ridgefield and CT Office of the Arts.
