In Photoshop Elements Phase III, for people who have taken previous class in Photoshop, instructor Mike Serao will continue teaching corrections and creations. Combining these controls with the possibilities of the type tool, you can create posters, greeting cards, web pages and more. You can correct images for lens and perspective distortion or deliberately skew them. With paint brushes and the shapes tool you can add original art to your photos or make pictures completely from scratch. The filters gallery allows you to instantly stylize your photos as drawings or paintings in any number of styles and media or to add photographic effects. Instructor projects from a Windows laptop. Bring your own or use one of our computers.
The class meets on Tuesdays, Nov. 17 and Dec. 1 from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Venus Building (old high school) and costs $82. Advanced registration required at ridgefieldschools.org or Peggy Bruno at 203-431-2812.
