As most of you know, The Lounsbury House has undergone extensive renovations over the past eight months. The mansion has a beautiful new décor and we are anxious to show it off!
Please join us for the party of the year on Friday, Sept. 18, from 7 to 11 p.m. The night will start with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres in the new garden followed by a delicious dinner by Bernard’s accompanied by jazz music. During the course of the party we will have a raffle for jewelry from Addessi’s, a Wine Pull, and a Give/Get Tree, to name a few. After dinner join us at the dessert bar upstairs in our new lounge area. Sponsors for the event include Fairfield County Savings Bank, Anna-Maria and Stephen Kellen Foundation, All Seasons, Rodier Flowers, Steven and Liz Goldstone, Pepsi, Reynolds and Rowella, Lexus of Mt. Kisco/Lexus of Greenwich, William and Wendy Beurket, Patricia and Paul Kuehner, Steve Zemo-Mike Taylor, Hastings, Cohan and Walsh LLP, Ridgefield Printing, Kohl’s, Jenn and Ron Kubick, Reese, Hirsch, Shoults and Harrison, LLC.
Tickets are $150. Please call the Lounsbury House office to reserve your spot: 203-438-6962.
The fun continues on Sunday, Sept. 20, with a Family Day Open House from 12 to 3. This is a free event open to the public. Steve DeMasco’s Shao Lin Studios will be doing karate demonstrations at 12:30, followed by a Magic Show with Tom Pesce at 1. Enchanted Garden will be on hand for face painting and the Newomers Club will be creating balloon animals for the kids. Food trucks will provide a delicious lunch. We will be conducting tours of the inside of the Lounsbury House where the rooms will be set up with ideas for parties — whether it be a wedding, bar/bat mitzvah, anniversary or baby shower. Celebrate with us.
