The Planning and Zoning Commission and Inland Wetlands Board plan to make the final vote Tuesday, Sept. 8, on the controversial contractors’ yard off Ethan Allen Highway.
The meeting is set for 7:30 p.m. in the lower level of the town hall annex on Prospect Street.
The final vote is expected to be affirmative because members have already directed Betty Brosius, planning director, to write the language of the resolution of approval.
The vote would have been made during a meeting Tuesday night but there was a shortage of members because three had to recuse themselves and one was absent, Brosius said.
The commissioners also directed Brosius to write resolutions of approval for moving a barn at 82 Golf Lane, an unrelated application.
