A rogue gardener took it upon himself to clear out a flower bed that had become overgrown.
The flower bed was part of a new, spiffed up Bailey Avenue entrance to the parking lot that was rebuilt last year.
The man didn’t want to be identified Friday morning when he was pulling overgrown weeds, but was frustrated that the beds had been neglected.
He left the weeds on the sidewalk. Later that day a worker came by and picked them up.
