RHS sophomore Will Carpenter received his prize check of $250 for his winning entry in the Spring Stroll Chalk Festival.
The professional artists at the event, who work all over the world, were extremely impressed with Will’s artistry.
Emma Hardiman, co-chairman of the event, said, ‘He is a very talented young man and we were all blown away by his work — we can’t wait to see his entry in next year’s Chalk Festival!’
