The Rotary Club of Ridgefield Sunrise will continue its food drive effort on Saturday, March 7, from 9:30 to 4:30 at the entrance to Stop & Shop on Danbury Road.
Donations of cash or food may be made. The total for the club’s drive now tops $94,000 since it began in the fall of 2013.
In the bitter cold month of February the club raised $9,200 in food and cash. Proceeds go to the Ridgefield Food Pantry — a program of the town of Ridgefield’s Department of Social Services.
