Katie Gilland, 10, a fifth grade student at Veterans Park Elementary School, recently donated 10 inches of her hair to Locks of Love, a nonprofit organization that helps children suffering from medical hair loss.
This is Katie’s third donation — the first donation was at age 6 and the second donation was at age 8. Katie’s hair was cut at the Adam Broderick Salon & Spa. For more information, go to locksoflove.org
