JoyRide Cycling Studio has announced The Joy of Art, A Fashion Show Fund-raiser at The Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum Thursday, Oct. 23, from 7 to 10 p.m.

JoyRiders will model the season’s styles from Lucy’s boutique, with hair and makeup for the models styled by Adam Broderick Salon & Spa. All money raised will support The Aldrich’s pioneering education programs for children.

Aldrich Executive Director Alyson Baker said, “The Ridgefield community is so important to the museum, and we are appreciative that JoyRide Ridgefield’s event will support our efforts to present innovative, relevant and inspiring educational programming. We are guided by the core belief that art plays a critical role in developing future generations of creative thinkers, and we invest in the youth of our community by nurturing the skills that help children learn in every field of study, foster self-confidence, and encourage curiosity.”

JoyRide Ridgefield co-owner Amy Pal said, “We are passionate about all things that enhance joy in our community and our riders truly embody joy, health, and the spirit of our town, which is why they are featured in this fund-raising event. We conceptualized this fashion show fueled by our love for the arts. We wanted to extend that further by partnering with other like-minded businesses such as Lucy’s and Adam Broderick. The Aldrich and its children’s educational programs are a tremendous asset to Ridgefield and the surrounding towns, and it’s our mission to continue to give back to nonprofits in whatever way we can.”

The Joy of Art promises a fun and fashion forward event with DJ Yosif. Tickets include light bites and cheese from 109 Cheese and Wine, and open bar. Admission is $50 per person, with $75 VIP tickets for seating in the front row and bartending service during the runway show.
