Artists Taylor Davis and Jessica Jackson Hutchings will return to the Aldrich to discuss their work at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 21, the final day of their exhibitions.
Taken from a short story by William Gass, the title of Davis’s exhibition, If you steal a horse, and let him go, he’ll take you to the barn you stole him from, points to the circular sense of movement that is inherent in both the conceptual and physical aspects of her work, organizers said. Hutchins’s exhibition, Unicorn, presents eight works spanning video, sculpture, collage and monoprints, and a new large-scale sculpture.
