Ryan Scott Beebe and Lindsay Anne Camacho
Mr. and Mrs. David C. Beebe III have announced the engagement of their son, Ryan Scott Beebe, to Lindsay Anne Camacho, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard A. Camacho of Singapore and Fenwick Island, Del. The couple became engaged in September 2013.
Miss Camacho graduated from William Mason High School in Mason, Ohio, in 2005. She attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, graduating with a degree in diplomacy and foreign affairs along with a minor in history. Ms. Camacho is employed by the Acumen Fund in New York City as the executive assistant to the chief executive officer.
Mr. Beebe, a 2005 graduate of Ridgefield High School, also attended Miami University, graduating with a degree in business marketing with a minor in entrepreneurship. He is employed by JWPlayer in New York City as a senior account executive.
Both Ms. Camacho and Mr. Beebe graduated from Miami in May 2009.
After graduation, both Ms. Camacho and Mr. Beebe taught English in Japan and Thailand before relocating to Australia. After returning home and settling in Washington, D.C., Ms. Camacho worked for Maryland Congressman Christopher Van Holen, and Mr. Beebe was national sales executive with Living Social. The couple relocated to New York City in January 2014.
A November 2014 wedding is planned at the Springfield Manor Winery and Distillery in Thurmont, Md.
