Barre Fusion with Pat Anikewich is a 45-minute workout that combines ballet movements with Pilates and strength training (Tuesdays, May 20 and 27, June 3, 10 and 17, 7:05 to 7:50 p.m.; five sessions; $62).
Sixty Minute Calorie Burn Workout with Pat Anikewich (Thursdays, May 22 and 29, June 5, 12 and 19, 6 to 7 p.m.; five sessions; $62) includes 20 minutes each of low-impact cardio, strength training, and stretch.
Pilates, Yoga and Tai Chi start soon, too. Bring a towel, water bottle, and mat for stretching. Other equipment is provided.
