iPhone I and II workshops are available through Ridgefield Continuing Education. iPhone I (May 13, 10 to noon) is a slow-paced, two-hour class that will help students acquire a basic understanding of the uses of the iPhone. Those who have an iPhone should bring it to class or use the class to find out more before buying one. Students should also bring Apple/iTunes ID and password.
iPhone II (Monday, May 19, 10 to noon) starts with a quick review of all the basic functions learned in iPhone I and then moves on to more advanced functions, such as fully using Internet, apps, calendar, folders, maps, and more.
Instructor Eileen Burton has been training adults to use iPhone, iPad, Skype, and eBay for years.
