Absentee ballots for both the Budget Referendum and the Property Sale Referendum to be held on Tuesday, May 13, are available in the Town Clerk’s Office during the hours of 8:30 a.m and 4:30 p.m.
There will also be special hours on Saturday, May 10, from 9:00 a.m. and noon in the Clerk’s office for the absentee voting.
Registered voters or property owners, who own property assessed at $1,000 or more as of the last completed Grand List and are citizens and at least 18 years old, are eligible to vote in the referendum.
