Gigi Bazarian
William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty recently announced that Ridgefield real estate agent Gigi Bazarian won its recent Rising Star award.
The company gives the award to one agent who is new to the business each year based on his or her dollar volume and total closed units for the preceding year.
Ms. Bazarian was given the award in March by Tony Cologero, brokerage manager of the company’s Ridgefield office.
Ms. Bazarian joined the firm and launched her career as an agent approximately eight months ago, achieving the highest dollar volume and closed unit sales in 2013 among all eligible agents companywide in less than half a year.
“Gigi is a skilled communicator, eminently accessible and absolutely dedicated to exceeding the expectations of her clients,” said Mr. Cologero. “Considering her exceptional negotiating skills and superb customer service approach, as well as her tremendous energy and enthusiasm, Gigi is very deserving of this award. I wholeheartedly congratulate her on her remarkable achievement.”
Mr. Cologero noted that Ms. Bazarian’s last two listings had accepted offers within an average of four and a half days of listing and closed with an average of 95% of the asking price.
