Meet Katelynn, ROAR’s sweet, two-year-old hound mix. Whether you favor gators, baby jays or huskies, with her beauty mask and fetching brows, just one look at Katelynn’s face and she’ll become your number one pick.
A wee bit shy upon first meeting, once she senses you’d like to be friends you’ll have no better buddy than Katelynn. While she much prefers (tirelessly) fetching a tennis ball (even in the snow) to jumping high for a three-point field goal, her favorite pastime is to snuggle and roll over for a belly rub. A home with or without children and pets is OK by her.
Katelynn, who recently had a litter of beautiful pups, is now spayed, up to date on her age-appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and waiting for you to make her your number one pick, too. Her adoption fee is $250.
The ROAR Donofrio Family Animal Shelter is at 45 South Street. Go to roar-ridgefield.org to learn more about our adoptable dogs and cats waiting for a forever home.
Terri, Mary Ellen, the ROAR shelter, adopted or waiting to be adopted ROAR dogs and cats and I want to thank Jack Sanders, recently retired Press editor, for the many dedicated years of encouragement and support he has given us. We will miss you, Jack!
